Kingston YFC - Partnering

Your Planned Giving Options: Making a planned gift to Kingston Youth for Christ is easier than you may think with several convenient options:
-
Bequest- a bequest is a donation of cash, property or other assets made through your will.
-
Life Insurance - You can make Kingston YFC the beneficiary of an existing policy or create a policy specifically for us. A tax deductible premium of even $25 or $50 per month may purchase a policy worth $100,000 or more.
-
Charitable Remainder Trusts- You can establish a trust using cash, real estate or other assets. While you receive the income generated from the trust and potential tax benefits, Kingston YFC receives the principle upon your death or that of your named beneficiary.
-
Publically Listed Securities- Donating gifts of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other publically traded securities to Kingston YFC can result in a significant reduction in capital gains taxes owed on appreciated property.
-
Real Estate - Property can be donated either for use by us, or for sale that the proceeds can support the programs of your choice.
